Why should I hire a property stylist?
Potential buyers often find it hard to imagine themselves in an empty or uninviting home. By styling each space with carefully selected furniture and decor, we create a welcoming environment that helps buyers connect emotionally with the property—leading to faster offers and higher sale prices.
If my home already has furniture, why would I still need a property stylist?
Even if your home is furnished, professional styling can elevate its look and appeal. Stylish, modern, and purposeful design has been proven to attract higher offers and faster sales. We offer a ‘Partial Styling’ option that incorporates your existing furniture, focusing on key rooms that have the most impact on the overall feel and price of your home.
How do I know which rooms need styling?
During our consultation, we’ll assess your property and recommend the rooms that will make the biggest difference to buyers. Our goal is to maximise your property’s appeal and increase its sale potential.
How long will the furniture stay in my home?
The styling furniture is typically in your home for 4 weeks, plus two weeks free, giving you a total of 6 weeks. If you need it for longer, we can arrange an extended rental to fit your needs.
Can we live in the home with the styled furniture?
Yes, you can! If you’re living in the home during the styling period, we simply ask that the furniture and decor remain in good condition. Your agreement will include all the details, and we’re happy to answer any specific questions you may have.
If my home sells before the 4 or 6 weeks is up, do I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no. This structure allows us to focus on providing top-quality styling from the outset.
If my home sells early, can you remove the styling ahead of schedule?
Yes! Once your home is sold, we can quickly arrange for the removal of the styling items, even if the sale happens before the initial styling period ends.
How quickly can you style a property after my first enquiry?
We typically need 7-10 days from payment confirmation to installation date, but we can accommodate tighter deadlines if necessary.
How long does it take to install the styling?
We’re efficient! Typically, installation takes less than a day, and the same applies when it’s time to remove the styling.
Can I pay after my property sellS?
Unfortunately, no. Full payment is required upfront before we begin, as we often have a waitlist and this ensures that cancellations don’t affect our scheduling.

What happens if my property doesn’t sell during the styling period?
If your property hasn’t sold within the 6-week period, you have the option to extend the styling at additional costs or remove the items, depending on your preference.
